Quick question on Charismatic Generals:
They give a +1 to Discipline Tests for "all troops under his command".
Does this mean:
a) the troops in his command for activation?
b) as the C in C does this mean all troops in the army not just the individual command?
Furthermore does this bonus apply if troops are "out of command" due to Command Structure limitations?

+1 bonus is for any troops within the command of the Charismatic General. So no to the army with multiple commands.
Command radius does not effect this bonus.
