baroque impetus

Hi, I am new to the rules and to this forum. I would like to know if Baroque Impetus is available as a download, my main interest other than medieval gaming is ECW. And I think these rules may fill the need I have for a good solid rules set. I have tried just about every other rules set out there. From freebies to published sets, but none have satisfied, so I thought I'd give these a go.

Baroque is still under playtesting and it will take some month before the release.
