An exhausted unit lose his impetus

Units with impetus = 0 cannot charge

So an exhausted unit cannot charge ...

Correct ?

A unit with Impetus 0 in the Army Lists cannot charge.

A unit which started the game with an Impetus factor CAN charge.

An exhausted unit whose Impetus level has FALLEN to 0 can charge but does not obviously add dice for its Impetus factor.
