Re: Bosporan Greek Army
What is your rationalization Insaniac for making Lancers B discipline? The Scythian Impetus list shows them as C and the FOG list shows them undrilled and the Scythian Warrior list shows them as irregular. I think this makes them C. Also they should be CP1 I believe (essentially EHC in WRG terms.)
I would also continue to recommend Sindi FL as VBU4. The C rating is a big enough differentiation between them and the Thracian Mercenaries. In Impetus 2, discipline is so much more important than in Impetus 1. Not only is rallying harder but because reactions are so important in the game the difference between B and C is quite significant now. Making them 3/1 C is really making them completely useless.

Re: Bosporan Greek Army
You're right on both the Sindi VBU and the Lancers Discipline, I forgot to change those. I don't think the lancers were armoured enough to be rated as CP1 at this point. In the later form of the list, definitely, but I think the lancers are still Greek-ish at this point and won't change until Sarmatian culture becomes ascendant. If you've got any evidence to the contrary, please let me know and I'll have a look myself.

The list looks fine to me otherwise. I don't know very much about the Bosporan military and I don't think it matters that much whether they are CP1 or CP2 (the extra speed versus better fire protection.)

Re: Bosporan Greek Army
Looks fine,
my only comment is that I don't think the FP with hoplon can really stand in as thorakitoi who are up-armoured FL typically.
No problem with some FP tyrant guard types but should the hoplon special ability still be being carried over this late?

Possibly not but we just don't have the evidence to give dates. I think this is a case where precise historicity can be sacrificed.
