What is the Unit Footprint?
Considering buying these.
Are the unit footprints the same as for Impetus?

No the base size of the unit (for example 80x30mm for Heavy Foot in 15mm scale)

Re: What is the Unit Footprint?
it is wider. I use an impetus base and a 1/2 base add-on.
The disparity in basing has been a problem for some of my cross-over armies like Ottoman Turks.

Re: What is the Unit Footprint?
Baroque has larger base front. In 15mm frontage is 12cm.
The reason derives form the basing system of other games, as 4cm frontage was the standard. When I developed Impetus I use the double of that measures so it was possible to use 2 bases (or 4 bases giving more depth) to form an Impetus Unit.
The problem with the period covered by Baroque is that there are some formations, basically Pike and Shot where you need to use 3 small bases (pikes in the center and shots on the sides).
Said that if both armies have the same frontage and if you use single bases, you can use any measure as movements and shooting ranges are calculated on the frontage of the Units.
