Hi

Just wanted to check that we played it correctly in a game last night.
As Scythed Chariots count as 'mounted' we ruled that they lost their impetus bonus when charging infantry with pikes. Is that correct?

As an aside, has anybody ever used Scythed Chariots successfully, and if so how?

I've used them successfully, they're best charged into expensive enemy cavalry units, where they will hopefully disorder them and take a VBU off robbing them of their impetus.
Then they'll probably disappear and you hit the cavalry with something else Cool

Same here - not really their purpose but they do tend to at least disorder. On one glorious occasion they managed to kill something (dice) but otherwise they're pretty much a distraction.
