Melee Modifier for Charging Stationary Chariots
When are chariots considered stationary for the purposes of the -1 melee modifier (bearing in mind their special movement rules in section 5.5)?
Thanks
Thanks

Re: Melee Modifier for Charging Stationary Chariots
If you to Advanced Impetus you will see that this rule is no longer in effect.
Chariots
Amendment to paragraph 5.5. War Chariots must perform at least half movement phase before wheeling but no longer before stopping. Chariots can stop after the movement like any other Unit. The concept of stationary chariots is removed.

Thanks. Does that mean the Melee modifier no longer applies?

Thanks very much.
Incidentally shouldn't errata be provided free?

Re: Melee Modifier for Charging Stationary Chariots
All the errata and updates have always been available free as a downloadable PDF. the info was then repeated in the various Extras along with more fully expounded examples, lists and a mini campaign.
Eventually all the errata, updates, options and examples were compiled together and released as a free Advanced Impetus PDF. This was done rather than release incremental update editions of the core rules.
The Advanced Impetus updates represent the final version of Impetus 1ed, whilst we await the [eventual] release of 2ed. Most list members will assume any question about Impetus 1ed includes AI.
