Flank Marches
Question asked today: In the event an army has 3 commands can the two smaller ones be sent on flank marches?
ie is it permissible for more than one flank march per army in a given game?

Yep.
The interpretation being applied was that one command equals a flank march, there cannot be two commands in a flank march but that there was nothing preventing more than one flank march by using multiple commands to do so.
Never seen it, disagree with it, but I couldn't absolutely rule it out. The case in point was a player attempting to do a Cannae or Zulu horns or whatever aiming to achieve a double envelopment.

Re: Flank Marches
I can absolutely rule it out! Seriously, the rule is called Flank March (singular) and the whole way it is written is understood to mean one flank march, per side, per game. If there was any possibility of multiple flank marches per side the whole section would be written differently. I'd take a wager GG if you're interested.

Re: Flank Marches
I'm happy to take a wager GC, given your thoughts are the same as mine you'd have to take the side of multiple marches though.
Next question: Can you roll for a "flank march" at the end of your turn even if you don't have one as a deception mechanism?
