Potential Charge
When making a potential charge can you include the movement bonus? E.g. can CM potentially charge an enemy 10U+ away or does this simply become a failed charge?
If you can, do you then have to move the full move (i.e. include the bonus)if the enemy evade or do you just move the 10U?

Re: Potential Charge
no, you cannot. The potential charge is a normal move where you could contact an enemy unit that could evade. So you advice your opponent that you are moving "up there". It is not your intention to contact him, you are just advancing, but if he will not evade the melee will not be avoided.
If you add the charge bonus, then is a charge.
