Hit in flank?

Hello, can someone try and answer this please.
It is unit B & C,s turn.
Unit A fights Unit B, it wins but does not purse. Unit A is now disordered.
Unit B has been pushed back 1 H. Unit A fails to purse.
Next action Unit C charges Unit A in the flank.
1. Flank charges disorder defending units, but unit is already disordered therefore it suffers no ill effect and fights as normal. Is that correct?
2. Unit A wins the melee and Unit C is pushed back 2H. Unit A can therefore purse, but it is not facing in the same direction. What does it do. Free turn and pursue Unit C or purse and Hit unit B?
