The card states that you can use it to rally in melee, however the official erata states that you cannot rally in melee.

Is it now correct to say that this element on the card is no longer applicable and hence you cannot rally whilst in melee with or without a card?

Hi David,
You can only rally in melee with the relevant tactical card, not without.
