Rule Corrections - please confirm

Hi,
We're running a demo game of the new rules at the club on Friday. I appreciate that the QRS may not be done by then but could you confirm what the changes will be to the movement rates so I can photocopy the book and correct in pen so we have something to use.

For sure CM and CGL are 3/4. That is from the rules.
