Ignoring Artillery
Bit confused about being able to ignore artillery as a shooting target...
6.1.3.5 says "Artillery can always be ignored as a target...."
6.3.5 Units beyond 2BU may be ignored except that "Artillery can always be ignored as a target..."
But
6.9 requires the artillery to be beyond 2BU away to be ignored.
All very baroque.

Sounds reasonable to me. You might ignore the cannons in the background, but if you smell the sweat of the crew, you possible should have an answer. Putting that in 6.9 is indeed Impetvs style.
