Artillery cohesion checks
It appears that guns are very fragile in this game.
Guns only have 1 VBU, so if it is takes a hit the only way it can pass and not be destroyed is if you roll a 1. Is this a correct understanding of the rules?

Yes, thats right. Guns are difficult to hit, but collapse like tissue paper when they are.

Sadly most artillery men in this era where civilian contractors, and in the later era gun crews where semi proffesional but the haulage teams where not. As soon as the shooting started they often left the battlefield at a fast rate of knots!
