QRS and Large Units moving to the Rear

We noticed on the 2015 QRS that large units cannot make move to the rear (5.4.3.) We looked over the rules and amendments including AI but we cannot find any citation that supports the QRS on this. Maybe we just missed it. If so I'd be interested in finding out where that rules it. If not, is the QRS is incorrect on this matter?

I'm in Impetus 2 at the moment, but I cannot remember they are forbidden to move back.
In Impetus 2 they can though with some small limits..

Thanks Lorenzo. We can't find anything in the rules that supports the QRS and with your comments we will disregard this.
