You can upgrade one or more Units of Hussars to FEARED UNIT, +7pts
You can upgrade one Unit of Hussars to Discipline A, +7pts
You can upgrade up to 1/3 of the deployed Units of Pacerni to MOTIVATED FIGHTERS, +6pts
You can upgrade up to 1/2 of the Pacerni adding LANCE, +2pts
You can upgrade up to 1/2 of the Light Cavalry replacing the Bow with Pistol/Carbine, 0pts
You can upgrade up to 1/2 of the Light Cavalry replacing the Bow with Lance and I=2, 0pts
You can downgrade one or more Units of Noble Levies to DEMOTIVATED TROOPS, -10pts per Unit
Reiters and Light Cavalry can be Massed. Movement rates become 2S for RE and 2 for CL
You can change up to ½ the deployed Artillery Units to: (ART) M=1S, VBU=1, I=0, D=B, VD=1, Art A, 20pts
You can upgrade one Artillery Unit with a MASTER GUNNER, +5pts
Grenades special rules
Troops with Grenades can charge through a Built Up Area or linear obstacles with an Impetus Bonus = 2 (this is not nullified by terrain).

The Pacerni , LC upgrades and changes in P&M reflect post 1675.

I am still unsure on the Haiduks and the SM-3, I=3 reflects the charge home tactics.

What are the changes?

I will note that the Osprey on the Polish Army says that Haiduks dropped out of use in the 1630's as the German style P&M regiments (largely made up of Poles trained up from those useless "peasant" units) came into use. Not sure the peasants should even appear in the list anymore in the later period.
