Caesarian (Marian) Romans 350pts
This is just an experiment in maximising fire effect from the recent scorpion amendments.
Any thoughts?

I thought scorpions were only available to Roman Empire lists?

Caesarian Romans, Early Imperial Romans, Middle Imperial Romans is what's written in Advanced Impetus.
Does this mean Late Imperials don't get the option ? sounding like it doesn't it ?

I certainly won't be using that list again.
It was a wind tunnel test to see how they behaved and while it achieved the objective by smashing an Isles and Highlands army to flinders, I hated it for its gaminess. It is a warband killer.
It's the first truly artificial army I have used in Impetus. I don't care much about about win and loss (win is nice). I would prefer to use a balanced force even if it exposes me to being beaten in competition.
I would like a true and official Marian list though.

Well I think that an improved best list for Marians could be added.

Dennis Maxentius' attempt from a while ago would be a good start.

Re: Caesarian (Marian) Romans 350pts
There are only 10 cohorts in a Legion. I'd start revising the list by limiting an army to that UNLESS you are playing that each unit represents 2 Cohorts, and a command equals a single legion. In that case, 5 units/cohorts to each command would be better.
As to auxilliaries: Numidian cavalry and FL w/javelins, Cretan archers, and Gallic cavalry/foot need to be worked into the mix. I consider the Gallic troops to be optional, and, historically, it's possible to use an either/or idea saying that if you take Numidians/Cretans, you can't take Gallic, etc.
That's my 2-cent's worth, anyway.
