Rules Forum not open yet?

Tried posting a rules query, found that it is set to "Administrators Only" at the moment. Me being impatient?

Some of the forums are still locked. I will check back with Lorenzo as I don't know if this was intentional or if it's just a fault in the configuration.

nothing intentional. It is just a new house with still some doors and windows closed.
