Army Builder Issue

The army builder is not reducing the cost for rear ranks. I have a large unit of hoplites consisting of the following:
Front Rank: FP 6 2 B 3 for 29 points
Rear Rank: FP 4 2 B 1 for 14 points.
However, when I set the drop down box for the rear rank to -2 in the LU column, the point value stays at 18.

Must have 2- (not -2) in the LU column.
But that's odd. The dropdown list only has 1, 2, 2-.
