English on the continent

Hi! we collect and play armies of Wars of Roses. But there is a desire to hold games with continental armies as well. I thought that perhaps the sheets of the British for the Hundred Years' War would be suitable, with some modifications. It seems to me that it is necessary to remove all the mercenaries and replace them with Irish contingents. The men-at-arms, for example, can be increased to 7 bases (either mounted or dismounted), with the possibility of 3 of them being exposed as nobles. Add light artillery. Do you have any ideas?
