Could someone enlighten me as to why the first page of the latest Tournament Rules only prints as an A3? The rest of it is fine.

It resists my best resizing efforts

Not quite the same problem. I find that most of the first page text is shifted to the left (no margin), while the last two lines of the second column are centred. Looks very odd, I've always assumed that it was a peculiarity of my Linux pdf rendering. The rest is fine.
