Fortifications and Disorder

Does crossing fortifications cause disorder? I would have thought yes, but I cannot see any specific statement in the rules...

I looked over the tutorial on Fortifications in EI2 and there isn't any reference to fortifications causing disorder. Units moving up to unoccupied fortifications are essentially delayed one movement phase. Perhaps that is what you're thinking of (the risk of disorder in making an additional move to get across the unoccupied fortification.)
