Re: Posting pictures
It should be possible now. Please try again - I will have a look at your post asap to see where the problem lies.

Re: Posting pictures
You have to have uploaded the pictures to the internet (there are planty of free image hosters - if you have a googleaccount you can upload them there for example, also facebook, yahoo and many more can be used for this)
Then you click on the insert Image icon and enter the Url of the picture. This can be done quite easily:
1. open the image in another tab of your browser
2. rightclick it and select "copy picture url" from the menu
3. change to your post click insert inmage icon. You will get a prompt where you can enter the url - rightclick the field and select "paste".
That's it

Thanks .. I am also interested in using a figure photo for my Avatur and can see Lorenzo has a nice example of this. How do you get your file size down to fit in with the requirements? Any tips on this would be great.
Thanks Jez

Re: Posting pictures
Uh - that depends on the software you use. Try to find something like a crop feature so you can cut out the part of the photo you want (if you don't want to use the complete picture) and then look for a resize feature where you can set the size you need.
You find theese features most commonly in the "edit" tab of your programm. Most programms also offer something like a "fixed ratio" when resizing so you need only to set width and the corresponding height is calculated by the software itselve.
When I find the time I will do a tutorial with a free picture viewing software.
