Jorneto re your playsheet Discipline Test generic modifiers excludes the -1 for out of command for skirmishers should this also exclude when testing for evasion.
2.4.1 says the -1 doesn't apply when testing for evasion.

As a side issue one of our house rules is we also do not apply this -1 modifier for being out of command to DT for sythed
chariots testing for multiple moves.

I'm curious to know what sort of house rules are being used around.
