Losing VBU if already Disordered. Empty Losing VBU if already Disordered.

You lose an extra VBU if you're already Disordered and get Disordered again from taking hits.

Does this only happen if you don't suffer any other losses to your VBU, or does it cause an extra loss on top of any inflicted via the cohesion test?

You can have either but not both. Your first case is for a passed cohesion test while the second is for a failed one.
