When do Troops drawing a Melee fight again? Empty When do Troops drawing a Melee fight again?

The rules state that when troops draw a melee "the units remain in contact until the next melee phase"

but there isn't a melee phase as such.

Does this mean that the troops fight a melee again whenever either of the 2 units' Command is activated?
