Parthian Army - 15mm Hyrcanian/Daylami FL

Hi

I'm looking for 15mm figures to use for 15mm Hyrcanian foot (FL) as listed in Jim Webster's booklet on the Parthians. Are these the same as the 'Daylami' FL as listed in the main rulebook?

Anyway after having a look on line I have come across 'Daylami infantry with Spear' produced by TSS/QRF (they have a shield which I can best describe as 'arched window' shaped).

Also Armenian Javelinmen, with round shields produced by both Old Glory and Forged in Battle (War and Empire).

Would any or all of these work for what I am looking for? Also grateful for any other suggestions.

Incidentally, how many figures would you normally use for FL on an 8cm x 4cm base?

I'm not sure anybody really knows and it's a case of finding something that looks scruffy and eastern
Armenians are probably as good a start as any to be honest
One thing to remember about Daylami is that there are a lot in the various Arab/Middle Eastern ranges because they formed part of Sassanid and subsequent armies.
Whether a Daylami spearman in 200BC looked much different to a Daylami spearman in 800AD is a matter for discussion
I'd try and find Daylami with more 'nondescript' shields, the Essex ones have a round shield
