Number of Commands in an Army
It states in Impetus 2 that an army is usually composed of 2 to 4 commands. But nowhere in the rules is there any explicit limit to the number of commands. At the moment there doesn't appear to be any specific current tournaments rules available. Is there any limit planned for the future? Also, in the former tournament rules Incompetent Commanders were banned. Should we carry this forward in Impetus 2?

from 2 to 4 mus be considered as official of course for standard games. For scenarios you are free to use how many commands you feel are right.
