On page 17, the rules state that if a terrain feature blocks line of sight, the enemy unit cannot be charged. With regard to a hill, does that mean that line of sight is blocked if no line can be drawn from any part of the friendly unit to any part of the enemy unit on the other side of a hill?

we generally use front centre of charging unit to any part of the target

Target would have to be within 1H of a hill crest to be able to charge it, that's if it's a 'gentle' hill. Within 1H anywhere if on a 'steep' hill.

This is how we've always played it.
