FYI, we found it easier to just use 10 cm (4 inches) instead of the official 9cm as the BU for 28mm. Means we can keep using our Impetus move sticks in 2cm gradients and point blank range = 1BU. 12 inch ruler or paint stiring stick makes the perfect 3 BU move stick.
