I also agree with Lorenzo. Fresh T units with all of their ammo, and a strong front line of FP troops should be more effective initially, and then progressively lose that effectiveness as the casualties mount, and the disorder and stress increase. When the going gets tough, those T units start thinking about packing up their bows to shoot another day. That seems realistic to me.
