I was wondering what happens to figure that is surrounded in melee and only loses by 1 and can't retreat 5cm? Become exhausted or is removed or the other figures make way so it can retreat?

When a figure moves into or in a building is the AP in addition to what it costs to activate the figure or instead of? Eg: 1st activation of a figure costs 1AP and to move in the building is 2AP is it 2AP or 3AP?

What would be the modifier in melee be if 1 figure is higher up than the other say for example 2 figures fighting on a staircase? The one above gets 1 extra die to roll, the lower 1 gets a -1 to its "C" or treat like charging through a linear obstacle?

1. The figure surrenders or is killed, anyway removed.


2. A figure with AV=1/2/3 enters the building and spends 1 pt. Note that he has to start close to an entrance, one action is spent just to enter. Then he moves inside, so spends 2 more actions (5 points in this case), for a total of 6 points (1+2+3).

3. the rules don't specify that case. I think that threating like a linear obstacle is the best way.
