VISABILITY

Hi,
Is there any visability restriction in enclosed fields? It is not mentioned in the rule book but is on the qrs. There are acouple of people at the club cliam there is not and therefor you cannot place an abush in encloed fields.

I am not sure. It depends on how official one takes the QRS. We do not play with visibility restrictions for difficult terrain that is neither a steep hill or woods. Since the QRS shows a visibility restriction for Other Difficult Terrain enclosed fields would qualify as a place of ambush. But that presupposes that the QRS, as it is, has been authorized by Lorenzo and is part of the Impetus Canon. I haven't heard that yet.

With pros and cons.
Basically a terrain can be Difficult or Broken, both can be "tall" enough to limit visibility. Only S can ambush in Broken.
