Planning to get into byzantines. My idea is to build a nikephorian thru commenan army.

I still have to see from manufacturers what figures are available - any suggestion?

Another option could be ebay...

What scale?
My Byzantine cavalry for that sort of period are Irregular Miniatures, but in 15mm

15mm early byzantine by lurkio look rather nice,if i were to do a byzantine in 15mm would use these i think

For very early Byzantine, where they're CL, I've got some rather nice Donnington figures. They're shielded horsearchers
