Accumulation of disorder for Flank Charge

Hi, does an already disordered unit, charged in flank or rear, lose a VBU for accumulation of disorder, before the melee?

Pretty sure you only lose disorder from accumulation by failing a Cohesion test. Other causes of additional disorder have no further effect.
