In the rulles 6.5 Reaction fire, it States that a unit with shooting ability Can shoot back if targetet by enemy fire.

The questions:

1. Can the targetet unit shoot back at all enemies targeting it? Even if succesful on the first ?
2. Can it if unsuccesfull on the first try a second time on another unit?

No to both. You can react only once per turn.

Check 4.1.3 in the rules, particularly the last paragraph on page 23.

So if I understand you correctly, you Can only attempt to shoot back onde, no matter if your discipliner test is succesful or not?

Yes, that's correct. Only one reaction. Note that all this is true if your enemy is outside the ZoC. If inside you can react as many times as needed.

In some situations besides having more than 1 unit to react to, you may have several possible different types of reaction.

It's important to choose not only to whom you react but also how to react.
