Hello.

Both Late Roman lists have same rule about Auxiliares (nullify Impetus bonus), but there are no auxiliares in list. So just forget this rule or FL Comitatenses and Pseudocomitatenses are Auxiliares and use that rule?

The FL Comitatenses and Pseudocomitatenses are the Auxiliares. How do we know this for certain? The two unit types have an extra cost of 3 points to account for the benefit of denying impetuous infantry their impetus.
