multiple moves and discipline test
hi guys.
whilst gaming in Italy this month i learned a few things.
units making multiple moves test for disorder using a discipline test adding 1 after each move.
so a "C" class unit after making three moves needs 5 +1 +1 to pass and stay ordered.
in the UK i think? that means it needs a 7 which even the great DAX would struggle to make and thus automatic failure.
however in Italy they play that a 6 on your discipline test is an automatic pass, so you can keep moving?
when i say i think? its how it is played in Uk , that is mainly because we are all slow movers there, single moves are the normal and your chancing it doing a double move. in Italy they whiz all over the table
how does the rest of the world play this?

Hi Frazer, with a 6 is not an automatic pass even in Italy. Maybe your opponent was wrong.

Re: multiple moves and discipline test
The only automatic dice results I'm aware of are in CT tests where 1 is a success and 6 a fail whatever the modifiers.
I've never played (or heard of it being played) that a 6 on a DT is an auto success. Seems a plausible house rule but unless it appears in 2ed that's all it is IMO.
