Advanced Impetus QRS in 28mm

Hi To all,

Does anyone ahve a version of the QRS that is available on the blog with 28mm references at all please?

Lorenzo if not, I am happy to alter the one you havbe specifically for 28mm if I can have the document in Word format.

I may have over-complicated this.

When gaming in 28mm scale , do players generally use what the rules stae and multiply the U by 1.5 cm or do they simply replace cm for inches.  Thus instead of LC moving 12cm in 15mm scale it is now 12 inches in 28mm (instead of 18cm)?

Calculating everything by 1.5 whilst umpiring five players was/is doing my head in!

We just use inches in 28mm instead of centimeters

in 28mm 1U is 1 inch or more commonly (in competitions) 2cm

One U is 2 cms in 28mm Australian competition.

That is an oddly complex sentence.


Of course, the easy way is to buy a dedicated Impetus ruler as from Aetherworks

You can even personalise them.

We moved from a U=1" a few years back to U=2cm. It does make a difference in the way the game plays on the table as it shrinks everything by 20%.

It's a pain, isn't it? I chipped them about it a whiie back. Still, it's better than a lot of others.

I remember that discussion Gaius a few years back. Makes quiet a difference especially when playing on 6x4 tables in 28mm.
