Charismatic Commander

Hi
With a charismatic Commander can all units under my command & within my command radius get a free discipline test reroll if they fail but not with a natural 1?
Also I know if I win initiative with him, I can pass it on, can I pass it on multiple times, as long as I win the initial rolls? (In multi player battles).

Just to clarify ( I was in the same game) part of the question is:

If the Charismatic General wins initiative roll off

- can you pass the initiative to another general on your side, who wasn't in the roll off
- or -
- can you pass the initiative to another enemy general, who wasn't in the roll off

I'd clarified that point Nick. The charismatic leader has to win the initiative. He can then pass it to the opponent who is in the same roll off only. He can do this each time he is involved in a roll off, as long as he wins it initially

This is the big benefit of the Charismatic General. If he wins he loses and if he loses he loses. That means he always goes second. The goal of course is to set up the possibility of a double move at the critical moment.

Also useful where you want your opponent to declare his hand first usually in opening moves so with a+4 and potential die re rolls you could reasonably expect to make the opposition move all there commands first. The downside of using this General tactically this way you expose him to a greater risk than your other generals to a double 1.
