Impetus 2 - Publication date?

Hi - I have managed to generate some interest in Impetus at my Club but am now caught between encouraging the guys to buy the rules or telling them to hold off until the new version comes out.

I don't want them to "waste" their money if the new version is immenant but I don't want them to lose interest by holding off either.

Any suggested publication dates? Is it worth them buying now or would it be better to wait?

not before 1 year. At this moment Baroque the priority. Once Baroque will be out (with a good selection of beta lists from the web), Impetus 2 will become the priority.

I suppose to release Baroque this fall. Impetus 2 could be out by next summer.

Anyway in the next days I plan to release the digital version of Impetus in Wargames Vault at about 12 USD. This is to promote it above all in the USA where the shipping and the euro/dollar bring the cost too high. But also a good occasion to try the rules with a limited cost.

Great - thanks for the update. Most of the guys like to have hard copy rules so I'm sure they will be taking advantage of the bundle offers soon.    

if you get more books as a club I can see what I can save on postage. You can write meat dadiepiombo AT libero DOT it and I see whatare the best options according to books you are interested in.

My kids took over the ipad and kendil. So I use hard copies.

I will be traveling across the pacific pond and taking an Impitus hard copy with me on the plane.
