Double evade Empty Double evade

A CL evades against a CP. The CP tries a second movement with "charge", reaching again the CL. The CL tries to evade again, so these are my questions about this situation:

1. The CL evades automatically and then check discipline

2. The CL checks discipline, only allowed to evade again if passes the D check

Rules state that multiple evasions work like multiple movement, so last game the CL evades 2 times automatically before checking D. Maybe a bad reading of the rules, or a good one?

Thanks XD

Check Example 3 on page 30 mate. Only once they are disordered can they make no further evasions so yes, providing they do not start the movement in disorder they can effectively evade twice and then take the check.

Assuming that the CL starts in good order then 1 is the correct interpretation pacofores (as GG says.)
