Error in Aztec List [Book 4 - 31.8]

I suspect i have found an error in the Army List for the Aztecs [Book 4 - 31.8], because the list as it stands baffles me in one area, to which i can only explain as a simple typo error.

Tlahuitolli (T-3-0, Short Bow A) = This unit sensibly possesses a Bow
However, it's upgraded version, listed below it, becomes VBU 4, but loses it's Bow.

The unit above it is Otomis.
Otomis (FL-4-4, Shortbow A) = This unit very strangely includes a Bow.
The unit of Telpochcalli ABOVE THAT has PBW/Impetuous.

My assumption is that Telpochalli were only meant to be PBW, it's Impetuous was supposed to go to the Otomis beneath it, the Bow that Otomi received was supposed to be going to the unit beneath that, and the VBU 4 Tlahuitolli was always supposed to have a bow. For i cannot understand the purpose of a T unit with no impetus, but also no bow, as it currently stands written in Book 4.

I believe the units are meant to be as follows:
Telpochcalli (FL 3-2, PBW) [Lose the impetuous, give it to unit below, keep PBW]
Otomis (FL 4-4, Impetuous) [Gain impetuous from above, give bow below]
Thlahuitolli (T 3-0, Short Bow A) [Gains bow from above, and also gives bow below]
Thlahuitolli up 1/2D (T 4-0, Short bow A) [Gains bow from above, instead of nothing]

The original points values printed in the book unfortunately seem correct for the units as they stand with their typos, so they would need to be repointed in an Errata.
I can only assume i am correct that my interpretation is correct, for as i say, i cannot understand the Army List as printed, otherwise.

The three entire Weapon/Special lines should be 1 line down.

The points cost should then be:
Telpochcalli -  6
Otomis       - 12
Tlahuitolli   -   8
Tlahuitolli   - 16
