Building a Blake's Seven Crew

Afternoon,

Am interested in building a Blake's 7 crew, but there are some limitations in the points costs. It would make sense to make the entire crew contractors, but I need variable morale in the team, and I'd need to create an immobile, Level 3 hacker.

So, for starters:

What's the cost to drop a contractor from an Assault Rifle B to an Electronic Pistol?
How much does an Level 3 hacker cost? +20?
What's the cost to go to a Laser Rifle (probably taken from a Federation soldier)?

1. You save 2 pts
2. cost is 20pts, correct (cost is 5 for level 1, 10 for level 2 and 20 for level 3)
3. laser rifle is 7pts
