Re: medieval version
So, here some more details on this rulebook.
First the release date. I think it will be available between September 10 and 20.
The format. Similar to Smooth&Rifled (it shares most of the mechanics), so a Small format with 10-12 figures per side, a Medium format with 20 to 50 figures per side and a Large Format with 70+ figures per side and suitable for multiplayers games.
As said the rules will be based on S&R, but there are more emphasis on melee as not all weapons will be the same,so each with its own special rules.
The rule will include a kind of army builder (specific army lists will be released in the future) to allow you to create your force with the maximum of flexibility and 2-3 scenarios.
The rules cover from dark age (I would say from Arthurian age) to late medieval (WOTR&Co)

Re: medieval version
What about Bronze age? I need a ruleset for my Myceneans and my Trojan wall set...
Any chances for a chariot supplement?

Re: medieval version
there will be also an ancient set of rules. I preferred to keep them separately to speed up the Medieval version and to add more taste/details in the ancients (chariots are a perferct example on how an ancient skirmish set requires much more rules)

Re: medieval version
I'll be patient - I'm looking for a ruleset for my Trojan project for about 10 years by now so a bit more won't hurt...
Btw - if you need pictures for the ancient version... XD

Re: medieval version
no, I have some delay, sorry. Last tests proved that the rules could still be improved. Also I'm adding to a generic Feudal list also Mongols and Wars of the Roses lists, as well as the point system, so players can easily create their own units.
I think I need 10 days more to complete the work.

Re: medieval version
Looking forward to it very much. I'd rather it was right and out a little later, than rushed and needing fixing.
