I choose general A and loose the first initiativ test. Does double ones or sixes effect me?
Because if i then loose the next two throws, and get iniativ only after my opponent has got all of his three, i'm actually rolling 4 times risking double ones before I activate.
And do we agree, once the opposition has activated all his three generals, and i now have to roll, regardless my activation is automatic, my opponent does not roll anymore in this turn?

You have to roll also if the initiative is yours as your opponent has already activated all his Commands
